Both of her sons were born while they were stationed in Tripoli, Libya. In 1964, they returned to live in Tiffin, where Toni worked at Newberry's at the candy counter and was known to many as "The Candy Lady." She also worked at Seneca County Commission on Aging. Toni was a loving mother and grandmother and was loved by all who knew her.
