General Notes: Husband - John Allen ALSPACH
John was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran who served as an infantryman and as a mechanized infantryman. John was the owner and operator of Dick and John's Car Dealership in 1971 which later turned into Cartown Motors and eventually Cartown Marine, where he was also operator and owner and where he later retired from.
John had many hobbies and interests, some of which he was known best for were his love of the game horse shoes and bowling, and his love of guns. He was a member of the NRA, the Issak Walton League, and a life time member of the DAV. He spent his time boating on Lake Erie, the Sand Bar, Johnson's Island, and the Sandusky Bay. When he wasn't spending his time working or boating, John was enjoying time with his family and friends at home.
John will be most remembered for his outgoing personality, his big heart, and being a mentor to many.
