Frank graduated from USHS class of 1962 and served on the Ohio National Guard. He worked on the family farm for many years, at the Kuenzli Quarry, Walton Grain Elevator in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Department of Transportation, Mike Wolfe's Lime and Stone Hauling, and then Kotterman Lime and Stone Hauling until his retirement.
Frank loved his classic cars, Harley Davidson, taking his Mom to sprint car races, tractor pulls, and to the derby. He also enjoyed spending time outside, going fishing, mowing his yard, and farming. Most importantly, Frank loved his family and loved spending time with them. He was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church, Upper Sandusky.

graduate of Capital University in Columbus, OH, was a WWII, U.S Army Air Corp veteran and had a career with Eastern Airlines where he was the assistant station manager for Eastern at the Melbourne airport. Preceded in death by his wife, Betty J Heilman in 2008 and daughter, Judy, surviving are children, Jeffrey (Rhonda), Benjamin (Lisa), William (Kathy) and Janet (Steve); 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and sister, Joyce Alderson of OH. Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home in Melbourne is serving the family. Graveside services will be held December 21, 2015 were he will be buried next to his wife and their daughter, Judy.
