Joesph R Esselman murdered Tharon Shepherd she was 16. Tiffin Ohio. Jan 6 1965. Her body was found 4 days later. Advertiser Tribune. Start at January 11th. 1965. She was a school girl. He was a married man.SHe was allegedly his babysitter who he raped or attepmted to rape while taking her home from babysittinmg her. His father owned Tiffin Bakery, which was right across the street from our house. My mother saw him out washing his car the day after in freezing cold weather.
