General Notes: Husband - Floyd Joseph REINHART
Floyd graduated from New Riegel High School in 1959, and The Ohio State University in 1967, with a bachelor's degree in economics and sociology. He was always a proud Buckeye! He worked 36 years in Tiffin, Marietta and Bucyrus for USDA's Farm Service Agency plus detailed to Washington, D.C., for over 10 years, working on appeals and litigation projects. Floyd was an active member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He was a Fourth Degree member of K of C of Bucyrus Council 711.
Floyd dedicated his life to the service to his family and others. He lived to serve farmers through his career, took communion to shut-in people, worked at Holy Trinity Soup Kitchen and Cemetery, and served on the board for the Crawford County Council on Aging. He served with a childlike joy, laughing often and always sharing one more story.
While his roots were deeply planted in Crawford and Seneca counties, Floyd traveled this country and world often learning, following his sons and exploring the world he was in awe of. He modeled to his family what it meant to be a loving husband, committed father and man of integrity.
