Jim was a member of St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria, and a graduate of St. Wendelin High School. He attended Tiffin University for four years.
He was a U.S. Army veteran who served in Vietnam, for which our Nation is forever grateful. Jim was a very proud member of the United Veterans of Fostoria Honor Guard, and a member of the Am Vets Post #69, VFW Post #421, and American Legion Post #73.
An avid sportsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, and belonged to Fostoria United Sportsmen Club, and was a committee member for The National Wild Turkey Federation and The Delta Water Fowl. He was also a member of the Green Machine Softball Team.
Jim retired from Honeywell in 2003 after 39 years of service. He also enjoyed traveling.
