Leo was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Maple Grove and was a lifelong farmer. He was a friendly man and well-known in the community. He worked at Confer's in New Lothrop for 27 years as a meat cutter and owned and operated the Brass Bell Restaurant and Motel in Chesaning for 20 years. He enjoyed his card club for 50 years and he especially enjoyed the time spent and the many special memories made with his loving family
